The brief
Webinar Scout helps teams turn webinar and conference attendance into qualified B2B leads — including AI-assisted capture from LinkedIn events. They needed a landing page that explained the product clearly and a WordPress build that could go live quickly.
The challenge
Lead-gen pages usually over-promise and under-explain. Webinar Scout’s story is specific: quality of leads from live events, not vanity traffic. The design had to sell that distinction in a few scrolls, work on mobile, and still leave room for the AI angle without sounding like hype.
Research and concept
We gathered the product story, reviewed competitor marketing sites, and locked messaging around “qualified prospects from events you already run.” Visual hierarchy had to carry trust: logo, proof, feature clarity, and a single primary CTA path.
The hard design problem was engagement — graphics and layout that hold attention while still reading as a serious B2B tool.
What we designed and built
- Full landing page UI in Figma (desktop and mobile)
- Clear sections for problem, product, features, and conversion
- WordPress implementation with Elementor Pro
- Assets ready for ongoing campaign use
Process
Design and feedback loops stayed short — the timeline was about two weeks. Once hi-fi was approved, we moved straight into WordPress so marketing was not blocked waiting on a custom engineering queue.
Outcome
Webinar Scout launched a focused lead-gen site that matches the product: AI-assisted event lead capture, explained simply, and shipped as a maintainable WordPress page.
